Hi
Thanks for the add.
My name is rich and im a 48 year bloke bloke from Doncaster thay has only just got round to making curries from scratch (always been too lazy)
I am a lover of all things spice but up until now I have only used jars (shameful I know)
I have now made a base/gravy and making myself a madras as a starter but my partner only does mild curries so I am looking for a Korma for her that o can make using the base.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction of one (.pdf would be good so I can print and save it it in my folder of recipes)

Welcome aboard, Rich. Can't help with a korma recipe, I'm afraid, but before my wife was up to eating a Madras, I would simply add Greek yoghurt to her portion and that would tone it down to a level that she found quite acceptable.
