Hi, I just came across the blog on the internet and thought it may be of some interest to you here. It's a (I presume) young lady who has put lots of recipes her Mother makes and she's added pictures of the process of the meals too. She's even added a lamb curry for 25 people so if you're catering for a large number it might be of help. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, but have a look and see.

I used her recipe for my Chip Shop curry sauce (or very similar anyway) when I had just come out of surgery a few weeks ago and bookmarked her site for future investigation.

She posted this in 2016 and it is almost identical to the curry sauce used in the Common Sense Cook Book sausage curry that is a favourite dinner here in our house. The CSCB sauce has sugar as well which is really the only difference.
Phil, Kewra water could well be a very easily omitted ingredient. I've used it in the past in a korma I think and it does have a peculiar flavour. I wouldn't miss it in that Biryani but I think I still have some so I'd probably put it in anyway. Incidentally, that recipe immediately caught my eye as well.
The lamb for 25 looks interesting.

Interesting blog and I like the way she details the recipes with plenty of pictures. Makes them seem very accessible somehow.
