For me, the combination of rice and kebabs is a complete no-no.  I would serve with chapati and a mint raita [1]

Like Phil said Mint sauce.

A cup plain yoghurt
3 ts sugar
2 ts lemon juice
1 ts Colman's mint sauce from a jar,

What I call 321 mint sauce.

If you use mint jelly, you don't need the sugar !

I'd have them with a nice side salad, with the mint sauce and a wedge of lemon to squeeze onto the kebabs.
Then have the option of chapatis to make wraps with them, or pitta breads to fill.

*Heresy alert* but  ;)  how about maybe chopping them u and using them as a pre-cooked protein in a curry--I could see a seekh being sturdy enough for the job.

Kebab, chicken tikka, lamb tikka, tandoori chicken - a Tandoori Mixed Grill. Serve with a curry sauce of your choice, some flash fried onions and some salad. I always have a naan with a mixed grill and in Scotland rice is always served with it but I never eat it, it's too filling.

The next time you make some keema/kebab mixture up
you could make Koftas i.e. Meatballs.
Really excellent in a BIR style curry

I really fancy those chips, they look crunchy. And the curry of course.  ;D

The only way I've ever had it in a restaurant is as a kebab served with salad, wedge of lemon and mint raita sauce. Just like martinvic.
