Without seeking to put a damper on things (and having looked in the index of every Indian recipe book I own, with zero success), it might be worth pointing out that Google Translate identifies "Sab ka maza" as Hindi ((https://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/imagehost/pics/fd77f668cc4ae534856697e2d76b461a.jpg)), and translates it as "Fun of all", so it may be a pretty generic name for a dish that includes a wide range of ingredients ...
