There is only one recipe (as far as I can see) on this forum for sambar, and that is Vindaloo-crazy's (https://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=4363.msg39845#msg39845). Has anyone tried it ? I asked because I had a masala dosa this evening, and as I was not sharing it (for the first time), I had all the sambar to myself. And I decided that I actually prefer plain dosa with sambar to masala dosa, which came as a complete surprise to me. So, having persuaded them to sell me a couple of portions of dosa mix (not cheap
