Title: a long term newbie
Post by: john1955 on August 13, 2007, 10:53 PM
hi

name's john and the 1955 bit is a clue to my age.

bought pat chapmans favourite restaurant curries in 1990 and kris dhillon a few months after but consider myself a newbie because i'm still looking for something to make it quicker, easier, more readily repeatable

I've looked the site over quite a few days now and had quite a good read am impressed and find myself wanting to adapt some recipes to bruce edwards spice mix.

Gonna give it a try cos i just can't stop messing even though every curry i made tastes ok lol

anyways hello
