An interesting read about types of chillies ,
make you own chilli powder from a selection of chillies.

Not Indian cooking, just chillis etc

For the hard core chilli lovers only, as most won't have the chillies anyway
but you could always grow them:-) I think!

anyway its hear if you want to read it, this just touches
on the subject.
