Title: Other types of Takeaway
Post by: John on July 10, 2005, 02:04 AM
I know im expecting quite a bash for this one, but i try to emulate any type of business cooking that takes me fancy, im into Indian/Chinese/Italian/Mexican and some of the fast foods like kfc chicken. And so here's a link for making your own pizzas similar to what you'd get from your local takeaway.... http://www.billyreisinger.com/pizza.php

Hi John,

Thanks for the link.? I love takeaway pizza, so when I'm not consumed by cooking perfect curry I'll give this a go.

Somewhere on this site someone questioned the cost of BIR food, but that is nothing compaired to the ridiculous prices of takeaway pizza.? In my locality you could easily spend ?15 on a pizza and still be hungry, but BIR food will get you stuffed for about ?8.

cheers John,

Blondie

And either will have cost the restaurant about 50p to produce!

Yes, if, as a group, we manage to create a high quality array of suitable food, then perhaps we should consider opening a restaurant and/or curry school.
