Title: PanPot's Ashoka Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:

- Chicken thinly cut and longer pieces for skewering 1 kg
- Salt to taste 1 tsp
- Lemon Dressing or Lemon Juice 1tbs
- Red Chili Powder to taste 1tsp
- Garam Masala 1tsp
- Tikka Paste (Pataks) 2tbs
- Methi large pinch
- Turmeric 1tsp

- Plain Yogurt 100gms

Method:
 
- Mix by hand
- Add some oil
- Mix again
- Marinate in fridge for 4 hours minimum
- Cook in Oven for 25 minutes at 150 Degrees or until cooked through.

Just tried this,  marinaded overnight. Absolutely top class tikka!!
