Title: Street Food Omelet

Father's Day here today so I cooked myself a treat.  Indian street food Bread and Cheese Omelet (sp). Complete with Heinz Tomato Ketchup.

Nice one Livo  :like: happy father's day to ye. What goes into that then-is it bread and cheese fried in milk? (Kind of, eggy bread?)

Onions, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaf, garlic and ginger, salt, pepper, turmeric, paprika, chilli powder, garam masala, tandoori masala, chaat masala, eggs, bread and cheese.  I think that's all I put in.  I was watching a whole lot of youtubes on them and decided to give it a go. Not bad but I bet the originals are better. Some of them are quite amazing and look great.
