Title: Nan Bread

Hi there i bought a stoning plate for an oven , my oven only goes to 250 hot , u think it will work? , anyone got the best recipes for garlic nanbread ?

i only make garlic naan. nothing special but it works for me. i make the naan bread no different using SR flour. i add garlic granules (dried, 1kg bag 1.99 asian store). because u have to leave the SR dough for at least 1 hr before using it does the trick at bringing the dried granules back to life. i add 1 tbs per 360g flour.
