To make bhuna prawn puri you will need 1cheff spoon of vagetable oil,half chopped onion,half teaspoon of blended garlic and Ginger,pinch of salt,1tablespoon of mixed powder,1teaspoon of tomato pur?e,half teaspoon of methi leaves,half chopped tomato and handful of prawn now add 3 cheff spoon of base gravy mix it well. Then cook for about 4-5mins on high gas mark. To make puri you will chappatti dough now make a small chappatti half cook it then fry it on oil high gas mark for 30sec to a mins.

Did he use frozen prawns, they sounded quite hard as he chucked them into the pan?
