Hi Paul
thing is mate its M56 all the way in to Chester so its hard to actually say
-
Thanks Billycat
Ive lived in Turkey now for a good few years so Manchester & area is all a bit vague now.
Where do you suggest if we then take a smallish detour after leaving Man airport please?
Thanks for replying mate, appreciated :)

Hi
A good eat was recomended just north of Chester, not on a PC at the mo, if you click on my posts I made a post about just finishing a job near there. If not I'll dig it out in the morning and post the name.

Hi,
If you are looking for somewhere very close to Manchester Airport (5 minutes away in fact), try the Cinnamon Tree in Heald Green.
The restaurant received the "Newcomer of the Year" award on our website currycouncil.com. It would be recommended.

Hi
Artispaul, Billycat recommended the Heswall on Pensby Road, CH60 7RE its just off the A540 , Chester road. It's in the talk about anything other than curry, eating out post.

Hi Paul
The Heswall Tandoori is a real old fashioned style BIR which i would heartily recommend only its about 12 miles past Chester

Try SEVEN SPICES (http://www.onionring.co.uk/websiteholder.asp?RID=2731§ion=Restaurants) in Cheadle, (5mins from the airport). Not been myself but they used to be the Gaylord in Manchester city center and that was really good (many moons ago!).
I'm sure someone on here mentioned quite favourably them a while back.
Hope this helps,
CoR
