Title: Fantastic Coriander Chutney
Post by: 976bar on November 20, 2010, 08:16 AM
I had this recently when in the USA and made some yesterday.

It's a really flavorsome chutney with the heat of 3 green chillies and is wonderful with popadoms or naan bread. I would even use it as an accompaniment with Chicken Tikka & salad.

1 bag fresh coriander including the storks
3 green chilli's
1 tbsp coconut milk powder
1 tsp fresh ginger puree
1 tsp salt
2 tsp light muscovado sugar (optional)
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp rapeseed oil

Put everything in a food blender or processor and whiz until completely smooth :)
