Link added here because some forum members felt that it did not belong under BIR Main Dishes (Birianies); however, this thread clearly states "NO restaurant styles", and Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi distinctly says in the recording that this is how mutton biryani is prepared in his restaurant, so the recipe itself cannot be stored here.
