Having tried many recipes over the years the results have never been much more than edible. Then I found this site. Using CA's base and spice mix and samson's chicken tikka I assembled curry king's chicken tikka masala. My wife said she would quite happily eat it instead of getting a takeaway. High praise indeed. So thankyou to you all for taking the time to share.
Saturday is curry night this week with friends round so I have to brush up on bombay potato and pilau rice
