Hi CH
The kebab is a bit of a mish mash based on razors and ca's i use 1tsp of kebab paste and 1 tsp of kashmiri paste in mine and leave out thhe chopped onions taste very nice i hasd to use beef mince as tesco had no lamb well lamb and mutton mix that they sell at a good price of ?2.40 for 500g

Now that is my idea of heaven Jamie. It looks superb.
Naan bread and raita, doesn't get any better than that.

Hi chewy
To be honest i prefer it with beef mince over lamb anyway and mick i would usually have done a nice chilli naan but thats gets me to the point where im to stuffed to fit any beer in and we don't want that do we ;D
