This is the TM i use. I find it very tasty but not overpowering and is a good all rounder. Probably no better than nor dissimilar from some on here already.
Can't remember where i got this from originally so i am unable to give them the full credit they deserve. I've been using this recipe for a few years and have tweaked it a little here and there, as you do ;D.
Tandoori Masala Ingredients:
3 tablespoons Ground Coriander
3 tablespoons Ground Cumin
3 tablespoons Garlic Powder
3 tablespoons Paprika
5 teaspoons Ground Ginger
5 teaspoons Mango Powder
5 teaspoons Dried Mint
3 teaspoons Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Red Food Colouring Powder
Mix the ingredients and store in an airtight container.

Funnily enough that's the same recipe I use and it is indeed from Pat Chapman!

Thanks guys. Just checked it out and it is virtually identical to that listed in Pat Chapman's favourite restaurant curries. But i didn't get it from this book though. I think i got it from an e-book. Obviously it was highjacked from PC and included in this :o >:(. Credit where credit is due this is a very good tandoori masala and I believe CA also endorses it. Would appreciate it if George amends the title of the thread to correctly state Pat Chapman's TM since he is the rightful owner.

Done! There may be a faster, one hit way, which I don't know about, but I ended up modifying the title in every one of the posts made to date, within this thread. No problem.
