Here's another one to try....... :P
Chicken Madras
Serves One
4 tablespoons Veg Oil
1 clove Garlic
0.5 teaspoon Tomato Puree
1 teaspoon Spice Mix
1 teaspoon Chilli
0.5 teaspoon Methi Leaves
2 pinches Salt
4 tablespoons Base Sauce
1 tablespoon Ground Almonds
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 portion Chicken (pre cooked)
Fresh Coriander
1. Heat the oil and add the garlic.
2. After a few seconds add the tomato puree, spice mix, chilli, methi leaves and salt.
3. Stir fry for a few seconds before adding the base sauce, ground almonds and lemon juice.
4. Cook on a medium heat for about 3 minutes, then add thew chicken and allow to heat through.
5. Garnish with the chopped coriander and serve.
Enjoy.................

thought i recognised this recipe from the ingredient is it from restaurant secrets revealed!
i was a fool to bought it on download for 13.95. very disapointed with the results. only 4 tbsps of curry gravy.
try CKs madras or the prawn demo that pete saw think you will find the much more satisfying.
