Cooking Equipment / Which Curry Pan and Chef spoon?

Hi guys.
I need an Aluminium Curry Pan and a Chef Spoon.
I've been sent a link by Curryhell, but there is so many to choose from.
What is the standard size and what do they use in restaurants?
I've been using a non-stick pan but want my curries to be better.
