Thought this might be of interest to some of you, I bought a Kenwood chef for the Mrs from Amazon & was just browsing and came across this rice:-

Starters and Side Dishes Chat / Freezing chicken in the marinade?

Hi I was wondering if this would be possible. I would like to freeze the Lasaan tandoori marinade and Blades tikka marinade with the raw chicken in it. This is because I am a part time Gypsy in the summer months and space is at a premium in my fridge due to beer n wine ;D.. Really its just for ease so I could make up a few batches & stick them in the freezer so I dont have to take all the ingredients with me. Then let them defrost overnight & stick them on the barbie the next day. I have done it with cooked curries but am unsure with a marinade & raw chicken or lamb.

This site looks great, some of the recipes sound really nice and I will try many of them over the next few months. I have not had great success with Indian style food so hope to change this with all your help.
