Lets Talk Curry / Re: Geetas Chutneys and Pataks Pastes Bargains
« on: October 17, 2013, 06:42 PM »
They all go up and down in price, sometimes only for a few hours so its worth keeping an eye on it

The Geetas Lime and Chilli chutney has always been my favourite, a nice spicy kick to it. Their Mango chutney is really nice too, lots of whole spices, also there's no nasty additives in either.

I must try Pataks Chilli Pickle, have never tried one I really like.

I'm well aware that some people don't ever use pastes etc, but for those who do:

Geetas Premium Mango Chutney and Geetas Lime and Chilli Chutney are both

Thanks again Gary.

Have spent all weekend reading around the forum, and I'm shocked that there is so much here, and that I've not found it before.

My first proper base is simmering away as I type.

Cheers,

Tony

Thanks Phil.

I've save the pages here http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=108.0 up until page 5.

Pages 6-9 are missing, labelled 3b, 4a, 4b and 5a. I'd really appreciate it if you have them.

Cheers,

Tony

Hi all,

Recently found this fantastic forum after buying the Undercover Curry book and searching for more information.

I've been reading through the Bruce Edwards articles, but the last four pages are missing - are they still available?

I've been making curries for years, acceptably, but they've always been a bit hit and miss, never the same thing twice, so looking forward to trying some of the base sauces on here.

Cheers,

Tony
