When you've been out here for a while (Thailand) and as everyone does indulge in the various take aways that are readily available at the side of the road - it being the land of the take away - and as many have tried and succumbed to the squirts is always great to be able to make a very good version of what you like - this being Green Papaya Salad Recipe (Som Tum)

- i like mine with fruit in and not the uncooked little crabs - anyhow here’s mine with some sticky rice and some deep fried cracker things

I cant believe this is on 122 pages - wowzer!!!!

Ok ra here

Sorry just daft I know – anyhoo – Okra we grow loads of the stuff – there seems to be two types one is low growing to about 3 ft in height and there is this stuff that grows to about 7 feet. – OK this is the tropics and all we do is throw the seeds in the ground and up they come.You can see all the seed pods brown formed up.







Anyone want any seeds let me know – but im not sure how they will grow in your winter.

Hey glad to see the site is still buzzing - I forgot my password - Bloodyhell been away a little too long!
Had a sneaky peak a couple of times - but been really tied up with the New Venture -
Sold Curry-Nights business and started a fresh
Curries still my passion but NOW bringing the home cooked roast dinners to Thailand
Designed all the boxes for the packaging - cooked all the meals - even designed the food tray that the meal is in - imported an oven from Germany vis New Zealand, A seal packaging machine from Taiwan etc etc - all the Beef and Lamb come from Australia all the pork and Chicken from Thailand - for our all day breakfast - Hash Browns from Belgium and Baked Beans from Australia

I will be back on intermittently for a few weeks then back to what i have been cooking up for 25 years - Curries!

Lets Talk Curry / Stack O'18 keeping my hand in

Stack O' 18
a nice stack of 18 ready to eat and freeze - probably put some peppers and cheese on some for pizza.
Having gone from individually making 1,200 and more a month to 0 thought it was time to keep my hand in and stock up!
