Lets Talk Curry / Tomato/onion based recipes
« on: February 27, 2012, 08:40 PM »
Hi guys
Can any one point me in the direction of some decent recipes for curry with tomato, onion, pepper base. Madras hot with a good rich sauce. I have sadly only been eating curry for about 6 months and cooking them for about 3 months. I have used Cory Anders base and recipe for jalfrezi to good succes. Im pretty handy in the kitchen and can follow a recipe well! Can anybody help me.

Regards

That's brilliant thanks! I have a range with a large wok burner so heat is no problem nor is pan size. I like the idea of making one and mixing once the second is about ready. I must say this site is great for advice and tips and I'm full bought into your recepis CA!

Cheers

Well guys a success I made the jalfrezi tonight and it was a cracking first attempt. I followed the recipe to the letter for me I would prefer hotter a little less salt and sugar but all in all I can learn from it! Cheers Pam Paul and Ray a couple of questions1. Maybe silly question but to double the recipe would you simply double the recipe? 2. To hot up is it just more Chili powder? 3. Any more tomato based recipes for me to try?

Your help is appreciated
