This may be old news so forgive this newbie if it is, but I just came across a yellow gravy recipe from vahrehvah that looks interesting. I haven't had a chance to make it but perhaps others have seen it or tried it?

When ever possible I like to use "Rusty Shackleford" as my online name. For those that don't know the reference it comes from the television show "King of the Hill" where one character uses that name to lrotect his identity.
But my name is Bobby Nelson and I soend my days building guitars.

  I've completely blown my cover!

Haha, George Washington's house. The building is called the Archer house and is a hotel from, I believe, the late 1800s.
Having been to a few other Indian restaurants that aren't nearly as good I feel lucky to have one like this mere minutes away.....buuuuuut making it myself would be more fun!

Thanks everyone!
My favorite indian restaurant is:
http://www.chapati.us

I guess it was staryed by some British folks who moved to minnesota.
It makes me wonder if they have modeled their menu on the BIR?

Lately I have been going gaga over their chicken methi, and they have a bread called onion culcha that is like a little bit of heaven.
I don't know that I need to recreate their dishes exactly but just making things that are equally delicious would be a wonderful feat!
