I bought a really good set of stainless steels pots and pans from Argos years ago and they lasted yrs
Bought new ones from EBay and my god even with oil the eggs frying stick to pan, I should have known cause they were very lightweight.
I do like Tefal for frying eggs no need to add oil or butter

Trainee Chefs / Beginners Questions / Korma
« on: June 19, 2015, 04:26 PM »
first time making Chicken Korma and I combined two recipes and end result not to my liking as non of the recipes called for Coconut.
As I tend to cook by taste I then added more ginger and then added coconut and ground almonds.
The original recipes it was Cashew nuts which I did add but felt Almonds gave it the bite as does the coconut.
First time using a base Curry as well and some of the family hate onions but scoffed the Korma

« on: May 26, 2015, 06:48 PM »
Last year not long after we came back from holiday it was in the news where some places in The Curry Mile were using Cats as they had found bags of animal bits.
Thank god I never ate there
What is a safe place to eat?
