Smaller scale:

500g Chicken Breast – Chopped
15ml Oil
6g Garlic Puree
6g Ginger Puree
12ml Tomato Puree – Dissolved in 100ml of hot water
3g Spice Mix
3g Curry Powder
200ml Kashmiri Masala Paste
2g Salt
15g White Sugar
33g Coconut Milk Powder mixed with 2 Litres Semi Skimmed Milk
84ml Base Sauce
33ml Fresh Cream
1 Banana’s – peeled, cut in half lengthways and then chopped into 3 (each half)
3g Fresh Coriander – Finely Chopped

1.5kg Chicken Breast – Chopped
45ml Oil
19g Garlic Puree
19g Ginger Puree
35ml Tomato Puree – Dissolved in 100ml of hot water
10g Spice Mix
10g Curry Powder
600ml Kashmiri Masala Paste
5g Salt
45g White Sugar
100g Coconut Milk Powder mixed with 2 Litres Semi Skimmed Milk
250ml Base Sauce
100ml Fresh Cream
2 Banana’s – peeled, cut in half lengthways and then chopped into 3 (each half)
10g Fresh Coriander – Finely Chopped

Tried this with 1tsp salt and i thought it would be a bit much and it came out ultra salty. Shoulda stuck with my gut instinct :|
