Hi ECLAV,
dakeshwari is one of the dishes we had in our restaurant menu. wasn't that popular but I do have that recipe.

its a kind of mild dish, let me tell you how you can make this.

ingredients:

* cooking oil - 1 chefspoon (3-4tbsp)
* butter ghee - 2 tbsp
* garlic-ginger paste -  1/2 tsp
* finely chopped onion -  2 tbsp
* tomato puree - 2 chefspoon
* mix curry powder -  1/2 tsp
* salt to taste -  1/4 tsp
* coconur powder -  2tbsp
* almond powder-  2 tbsp
* sugar - 1 tbsp
* chicken tikka,lamb tikka, or tandoori duck - 1-2 serving (200-250g)
* base gravy -  250ml
* single cream -  60ml (but if you want more creamy,you can add more or less, its up to you)
* add 1tsp melted butter

 METHOD:

* Add cooking oil and butter ghee in a heated pan
* add garlic-ginger paste
* add the onion
* add salt to taste
* once the onion has softened, add tomato puree
* let it cook for 10-15sec
* add mix curry powder
* add coconut powder, almond powder & sugar
* let it fry the spices for 10-15sec
* add the meats
* let it fry for 10-15sec, make sure the spice doesn't burn
* add base gravy
* stir it well, let it cook for 2-3min on low medium heat
* add single cream and melted butter
* mix it well, let it cook for 30sec-1min until the sauce got perfect consistency and the color.
* that's it, your curry is ready. enjoy   :smile:

i havent done this recipe for my channel yet, but soon i will do .

Curry Videos / Re: Easy parathas
« on: August 15, 2020, 10:34 PM »
Hi everyone,
i am really sorry for the late response.

i can see you guys are confused about my easy paratha recipe video.

this is not a traditional indian paratha. its just a quick n easy paratha recipe who dont have time or skill for the traditional one.

or a lot of people don't have time to do all the processes. that's why I showed this process.

and this looks like pancake or dosa. but the ingredients I used the same everything as actual paratha.

Name i gave paratha because its taste very close to the traditional paratha. that's why.

i hope you guys understand. if you have any question you can ask.

thank you

Hello guys..
i do apologize that I am unable to continue to this forum, due to capturing videos, editing then uploading, sharing on social media. everything on  my neck. i have read all the comments and i will take it on board.
my vindaloo and madras i am going to re-do it again in a proper way on my aluminum pan with the breast chicken. also, i am going to do My Special 'KILLER PHAL' Very soon.

and some of my previous videos i was extremely nervous as i never created any videos like this before. hopefully, with more practice, i will be more organized.

 also i am working on updating my recipes to a written version.

thank you, stay safe :)
