Hi Curry Lovers
Am hoping that somebody here might be able to advise me on how to create the wonderful dish that is Khurzi Lamb, I know that it needs hours of slow cooking time, but if any of you great chefs, aspiring chefs of just curry fanatics know of a recipe I'd be extremely grateful as I'd like to serve this up as an alternative to the traditional Christmas bland turkey!!
Hope to hear from you soon.

Curry Videos / Re: Chicken Biryani - Indian Style and more ...
« on: April 10, 2009, 04:40 PM »
Yep I tried this version also, I left out the mase as I have used it before and did not like the taste. My main problem with this version is that the rice was over cooked, so I'd recommend that the cooking of the rice is reduced by half at the beginning and at the end.

Anybody got the greatest Chicken Biryani recipe ever??
It would appear that there's not one Biryani recipe on this site, so if someone does have one I would be very grateful.

Thank you

Great Naan, thought I needed a tandoor to get naan tasting this good. Oh and thanks for the tip on my Dhansak, it turned out fantastic.
