Hi all just joined up, so i hope to learn a lot off you all so that i can try to beat my wife at cooking the best curries, don't fancy my chances as she's brilliant at it, I keep telling her that she should open up her own Restaurant, she would put a lot of our Restaurants to shame around here in Swansea, Wales.
So I hope She doesn't check out which forum i'm on. Well i will better get started on checking this site out now. Cheers all happy cooking.  ;D  Mark.
