used this with great results, I added 3 small spuds and  tin of italian plum tomotoes which made it even better.

Does that imply that you also tried it without the spuds and Italian plum tomatoes BT?

Yes.....and it was excellent, I like to experiment and tried it with all the spices added at the beginning of the boil with tin toms an spuds, it was also excellent but a little thicker when blended.
p.s I use your recipes a lot, the pictures are brilliant...keep up the good work. :)

I'm with Chilli Prawn on this one.

Hey BumTrouble - Can you recommend with a link the best all malt kit you have used then.  ;)

Woodfordes kits are excellent as are Brupaks pride of yorkshire series, especially the Fixby gold bitter. :)

The all  Malt kits are superb, much better than a lot of commercial brews.

i have started making my own brew again after 10 years, the kits today are superb and if you go for a quality kit the beer is excellent, works out at about 45 pence a pint and does not give you a hangover like so many commercial brews.

Nothing better than a pint with your Madras, I have posted this website on this homebrew site that I use, try it, homebrew is not like 15 years ago the kits are from real ale micro breweries and are better than 90% of beer you buy.

Hi Darth, your base is the one I use for all my  RS curries, but for on the bone chicken or beef I will try traditional, it was a thinner sauce and maybe not to everyones taste, but worth a punt with a revised base added. :P

Mike, it was superb, I added creamed cocconut and fenugreek leaves to sauce as chicken was cooking, also left chicken on the bone....superb ;)
