This is one of my home made recipies for those of you who like a hot sauce pickle to pep up a dull curry

NagaDaddymango sauce :o
1 to 5 ripe naga's finely chopped (seeded optional but best) ( glove time???)
1 onion finly chopped
3 cloves of garlic crushed
1 tin mangos in syrup (chopped and drained)
250ml cider vinegar
1 cup of sugar
juice of 1 lime
1tspn curry powder
2 red chillis ie cherry bombs or red habs depends on whats available
half tsp salt
2 tspn english mustard

1 .First fry onion and garlic untill golden,
2. Add curry powder and stir fry for a minute.
3. Next add chopped mangos, lime juice,naga's and red chiilis.
4. Cook down for 10 mins on a medium low heat,stir to prevent sticking.
5. Now add vinegar,mustard, sugar,salt and boil for at least 5 mins, or untill  a nice sauce consistensy in achieved.
6. Now blend untill smooth and pour into steralized bottles.

Instead of adding all the Naga's in stage three you could try saving 1 or 2 back and blending them raw for a more memoral burn. :P :o

The colourings used in the rice i made were liquid food colouring used for icing and baking would this make any difference?????????? :-[
Or are these detrimental to your health.????   If so why are these sold when then are used to decorate cakes and biscuits sweets etc  that KIDS  love and are bound to eat....?

Yes i cooked the rice using Petes Pilau rice recipe.
It Tastes Superb and i believe is just as good if frozen. ;D

Hi just finished cooking Marc J,s chicken pathia as cooked  by his local Bir.
Very  authentic.Nice rich sauce,(must be the tom purree).
I used Darthphalls curybase.

ORIGINAL RECIPE CHUTNEY (originates from south africa)its a peach and apricot chutney can get it in sainsburys now and its well worth a try if you like a good chutney.(very similar to mango with a zing. :P
