Just wondering if you have ever posted your Saag Aloo recipe on the forum?

I have looked through the side dishes thread and could not see it.

The search function hints that others have made your recipe, but I can't actually see the recipe anywhere.

Any chance you would mind posting it?

All the food pictures in this thread look delicious, but Loveitspicey, that "Double Shami Lamb kebab burger" looks glorious

I would have to have a large helping of Helmans mayonaise with it though!

I'm not sure about the "Shakkar" though. In your opinion would any rich brown sugar be OK, or do I need to track down something that specifically says "Shakkar"?

Wow, that looks fantastic. I wonder how long a Tandoor like that would take to come up to cooking temperature? it looks like its gas fed with something like the BBQ lava rocks in the bottom from the pictures?

How about making it into some marinade with little yoghurt and lemon juice etc. - marinade some chicken pieces and fire up the BBQ?
