the first pan i bought (the smaller one) just got it home washed it and used it. after cooking 20 curry's in it with all that spoon scraping and washing it was lovely to use. i was about to start making curry for tea and thought hang on if the pan was bigger i can make 2 curry's at once so of to buy the bigger pan. got it home washed it and started to make the curry well it was like some one had welded to spoon to the bottom of it. after the wife spent 20 minutes at the sink with it scrubbing the inside it was now good to use. (can't beat watching the wife's ass wiggle as she is scrubbing ;D )

that's the link to what i use in my smoker it is the best! trust me. it don't have any nasty chit in it at all.
you have to buy 2 X 12kg bags that comes to ?26 (free delivery)

a bag of shit at tesco ?6 for 5kg so the good stuff is cheaper  ;)
