No need, the opposite in fact, I usually pass it through a sieve after blending.I also use more in a dish than usual.cheers Chewytikka
Thought I would give the ingredients in this recipe a try as I haven't made naans in a while, I have to say measurements were approximate and I kneaded and left the dough for a couple of hours before putting into an extremely hot oven and pizza stone. I added chopped chillis to the dough as well. After taking out from the oven i brushed with garlic and coriande butterTurned out very nice and tasted great!thanks mickWayne
Not all recipes are good ones! If that's a recipe from this site I trust you will report back your experience in the relevant thread. Only in this way can people judge which recipes are worth making.
Thanks Phil, yes, the pic was sh!t, sorry! I tried for decent definition, but the result was 2.5 meg, 1 meg over the limit, so... i used a program to reduce the size , but that didn't work either, as you can see! my advice is, don't go by the pictures, the finished dish looks so much better.
