Lets Talk Curry / Party for 50

Had a 50th birthday party to cater for last Friday for one of my friends. Mostly veggies so had a chance to experiment a little more than usual, i have to say i didn't have time to take any pictures because i had to deliver the food in two journeys the first was mainly the veggie stuff then went back about 45 mins later with the rest of the food, when i got there they had nearly demolished the veggie stuff so didn't really want to take photos with people dishing their food out any way here is what i cooked.

Tried to create a menu where all the dishes can be mixed with each other to make different dishes, well that was what i was aiming for any way.

This was nothing like what my local serves but with that said this dish was absolutely delicious made enough for 5 of my friends and they all loved it wanting more.

Will be making this again.

Made this from one of my local restaurants/takeaways The Curry Lounge 2 Upper Ettingshall Road, Bilston, West Midlands WV14 9QZ.
Please note that the pineapple can be left out, i added because i made for my other half, she loves Dhansaks.

Bahar-E-Chicken 1 (Curry Lounge)(CA)
Portion Tandoori Chicken
2 TSP Oil
30g Pineapple Chopped, optional
2 TSP Tomato Puree
4-5 Blocks Frozen Spinach Leaves
2 Blocks Frozen Spinach Puree
200g Chickpeas
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
2 Green Chillies, Sliced Vertically Or Left Whole
20g Cashew Nut Paste
125ml CA Base Gravy
1 Chef

Been trying to make a Rogan Josh for a while now and this is the result, it was very rich in flavour, cooked in a slow cooker for 6 hours.

Made this for a few friends.  I used two very hot small green chillies, finely ground black pepper and vinegar out of a pickled onion jar and made potato to spec.

I am not a Vindaloo eater but trying this through the different stages might have converted me.
You may notice that there is no chicken, i only make the sauce then my friends can put what ever they want into it.
