No it`s  a small pamphlet type book of 24 pages from the RAJAH spice company. It has a list of all the spices available. It has 20 recipes and pictures of the cooked dishes. All made using Rajah spices. The picture of the madras looks quite good. ;D

Hi all,? ;) on a recent trip to my local Wing Yip I picked up this book and wondered if anyone had it and had tried any of the dishes?? ;D Although maybe not as good as some of the excellent recipes posted on this forum, just thought it may be worth a try. After all if you don`t try you`ll never know..............regards.....mike.? ?;D

Hi Layne ;) and welcome,I agree about The Curry Secret, having just spent most of today doing the base sauce, and have just sat down after eating my chicken curry! It`s been a while since I have cooked it and it stunk the house out :( but the end result was worth it ;D. However,I think I overdid the fenugreek, how much is a pinch?? :-\? I am new to this forum and have been having a good ole browse. I must admit there`s so much good stuff I dont know where to start....... :)................Mick.

Hi all, ;) Just joined. Have forever been in search of that resturant style Indian curry. Found a book called "The Curry Secret" and the base sauce in that is the closest I have got. However, the boiling of onions/ginger and garlic does stink the kitchen out a bit. This is a great forum and I will have to find some time for a good browse......Cheers for now.....mike. :)
