i made this curry on saturday. i only made half the base but it turned out wonderfully. on completing the curry i did find that afterwards i had a overpowering aftertaste, this taste i have had with many curry's i have made in the past, i cant put my finger on it. any ideas or thoughts of what i may be doin wrong? thanks andy ;D

i,ll be trying some cooking on saturday, i'll let you know how i get on. Have'nt cooked for a while and now need to re stock all my spices, been to busy lately so just been ordering from take away. i have some recipes that i'll be posting soon hope you'll enjoy them ;D
