hi everyone

Hi all,
I am new to the forum and would just like to say hello.
I am retired now and have relocated from the UK to the Philippines .I have tried a couple of the recipes posted here and the results have been quite good.
I'm definitely going to try lots of the recipes you guys have posted here.Thanks for all the info.

If anybody needs to be able to cook BIR, its you Kenny, since you don't have the luxury of just picking up the phone now :(  You'll find all you need on this site mate, and with a bit of practice, and listening to the many experienced people on here, you'll get  a damn good result.  Best of luck and keep us posted on your endeavours  ;)
