I did say to myself I wouldn't buy any more curry books but I have to get this one.The video doesn't show anything we haven't seen already I agree but I still like watching them.I'm still intrigued what the magic technique we've been missing but all will be revealed soon hopefully.

At least you're being honest. I wonder how many other BIR cooking videos that applies to on youtube, especially in the case of 'staged demos' where they might hide even more.

Good watch HC

High sided pans, ;D ;D ;D   Daft as a brush some of you guys.

The aspect ratio is wrong on this vid its 480x360 and it should be wider at 640x360
so the footage has been squeezed inward which makes everything look taller and thinner.
 
The pans are just normal 24cm Ali omelette pans, any Asian store
