Would you believe I went to school with a Wayne King!

I worked with a guy Robert Anchor and watched him sign a cheque one day R.Anchor and I said 'good job your first name wasn't William then Bob'  :) he said 'yeah our Wayne (his son) isn't too happy about his name'  ;D ;D ;D

Knew a guy called Richard Puller. On no occasion were we allowed to call him by the D name. Also knew a Joseph King "Ah, you've got to be..."

I used to work with a lad called Richard Head.  His mother could not have picked a more apt name for the boy.  He frequently lived up to his name, bless him  ;D

These days, no one even cares about Ben Dover and his long suffering wife Ilene Dover

  ;D

I thought Ben Dover was more connected to Phil McCavitee

Anybody remember Captain Pugwash with Seaman Staines, Roger the cabin boy and Master Bates?

Actually that might be a myth but I can't remember.  ;)

At last, one relevant, sensible comment.

If there's ever proof of the need to split threads into the relevant, versus totally irrelevant off-topic chat room type banter, then this thread must be it.
