I am a New member from Norway, sorry if my english is not Perfect;)

We love curries but due to allergies it is not easy eating at restaurants, I am looking forward to Learning more!

Welcome AnitaG.  Providing you haven't got an allergy to onions and garlic, you should have no problems cooking many of the fine recipes on the site.  All ingredients are up front so you can see what goes into a dish.  Any problems just shout, there are plenty of experienced DIY BIR chefs here to help  ;D
