How about a magical mystery curry tour.
Rent a coach and a driver and travel the uk picking up members and curries along the way.   ;D

I suggest Dumfries
Dumfries is a good shout Garp - it would have to be the Cavens though and not that BIR further along the road.

Bradford would be good - no shortage of curry places to choose from and as I recall the Samarkand in Heckmondwicke is good.

I'll be very pleased to meet you, the other 3 (so far) and anyone else who can make it.

So London zooms into the lead (table for 5) currently with Michael, Phil, Bob. curryhell and George (me)

I'm sure it could expand up to nearer 10 people by the time we meet. When? Brick Lane has the additional potential advantage for us of being able to wander around some large Asian stores, to see what we can find, point out to each other and stock up.

Lol Steve - I thought the Palms was quite good. Cavens is a good shout though - definitely not BIR :)

Blinking heck never thought i would here about Samies on here
spent hundreds of hours there and in the Old Hall in Hecky another Samies (Sam Smiths ) used to have a taste for that Ayingerbrau Lager we used to drink many many many the stagger across the road to the local curry house for a change - we got great service - memories of yester year - loved every minuet!

best, Rich

To be fair It doesn't have to be one venue
could be 3
one in London another in the midlands and one up north
Then people can decide how far they want to travel
Personally I would go to the London one and also travel to the others they obviously do not have to be
all on the same day
Just a thought If it makes easier for everynoe

I hope you all have a great time.

BTW, are any of the members still on this site that had the
curry in the park (well that's what I would call it) meet up,
its was about 2 years ago?
They all seemed to have a canny time together.
