A friend who commutes between SOT and Exeter on a regular basis often eats in the Spice Exchange, Milton. After his first visit he informed me of a starter that he'd had - Kachi Chops. Never seen them on the menu anywhere down here and am eager to source a recipe and try them out for myself - just as he is also eager to have them at home as opposed to driving a few hundred miles!

Any help would be much appreciated
