Hi
Just found this forum and decided to join.Im male 39 from east sussex uk.Ive been interested in indian cookery for some time now,but always found it difficult to find authentic recipes. Hopefully that will change now  :)

Hello CurrySeeker, we are largely dedicated to the Indian Take-Away style of cooking, but we have a growing (& already huge  :D) Authentic Indian Recipe section.
