Topic: Which chilis and where do you buy them?

I'm really interested to know which types of chilis you guys use. Are they just the usual green finger chilis, bird's eye, or something special?

Also, can anyone recommend a good mail order source in the UK (one that delivers to Europe).

I use whatever my local shop is selling, they normally have a couple of different types, these can vary in strength enormously. I taste them and try to keep a couple of bags in the freezer. I only use green chillis fresh never red. Where are you located?

Where are you located?

I'm in Finland. The local offering is a bit hit and miss (mostly miss), so I rely mostly on bulk purchases from abroad, which I freeze. Seems to work ok, but I'm looking for some chilis with some real flavour
