Not being a great lover of lentils but my other half is, I reluctantly tried this recipe and I have to say it is very nice.  Quick, cheap and easy I recommend this as an alternative side dish.  The recipe makes enough for 6 side portions.  Thanks for this one!

I love veg curries. My Mrs loves Pumpkin and Dhal. I would love to have a go at this around Halloween time.
