Midnight Snack No.10 - Pathia Ama Murgh

Pathia Ama Murgh

Curry Fun, been working on this new and quite complicated dish.
Taking a Pathia, an old school favourite, up a few levels for 2014.

Juggling with different product brands and types of ingredients.

Your midnight snacks could very easily fit an upstreet curry house's menu. I like the idea on using unripe mangoes. :)
