Midnight Snack No.10 - Pathia Ama Murgh
« on: February 25, 2014, 02:08 PM »
Pathia Ama Murgh

Curry Fun, been working on this new and quite complicated dish.
Taking a Pathia, an old school favourite, up a few levels for 2014.

Juggling with different product brands and types of ingredients.
The 80’s BIR standard was simple Chilli, Sugar and Lemon for the hot, sweet and sour values.
The Kicker with this new recipe is sharp Green Mango and sweet Mango Jam.

Über Delicious, a different burst of flavour, with every mouthful.
Sweet juicy peppers cut with sharp Green Mango pieces
Heat levels just above a spicy Madras

Modern restaurant quality and addictive. Priced around 9Quid on a BIR menu. ;D ;D

cheers Chewy

Burn those spices "Singefry" and Bhunao are the keys to success.
Smoking Mustard Oil is good for You and your curries.....Lol

Your midnight snacks could very easily fit an upstreet curry house's menu. I like the idea on using unripe mangoes. :)
