ANOTHER BASE SAUCE TO ADD TO THE LIST

Hi guys, anyone tried this base, if so is it any good..Looks a lot different from any base sauce i've seen on here..I'm tempted to try it..Might send away for the Ebook he has...At ?2.50 i suppose its no great loss...Thanks guys ...Ottis....

This recipe along with his madras and vindaloo is absolutely excellent
I thoroughly recommend them
It's the closest (using fresh ingredients) that I have got to a proper BIR standard
